Never have I ever reveled so much in the comfort of a chair.
Arms outstretched, ready to hug, the dark green leather cushions fold my body into a warm embrace.
With my head cradled in one armrest and legs stretched over the other, I unintentionally find myself in the most wonderful position.
As May’s breeze carries robin-song through the adjacent window and cools my overhanging feet, the living room armchair smiles with me.
At peace with the world, I sigh into the chair’s friendly embrace, breathe deeply, and join the birds in song.
